Each stage rental is taylor made to your events needs and budget. Stage rentals start as low as $1,999.95 for the first day and $999.95 for each additional day after that.
- This includes handrails, stairs, deck skirt, and the delivery, setup, and tear down crew to deploy the stage.
- Options like FOH fly kit and chain hoists to get your speakers up in the air, can be added at an additional fee as well as a back drop, and loading ramp.
Event banners can be hung as a back drop behind the artist, from under the front of the stage roof, and on the fly kit itself when added. Sizes are listed below

- 2- 3’x4’ banners can be hung on the fly kit also when fly kit option is added.

STAGE SPECIFICATIONS:
- Stage brand is Astra Stages owned by Apex Staging.
- Stage deck is 20’x16’ and is 3ft off the ground, the roof is 12ft above the stage deck.
- Total roof height is about 16ft off the ground.
- FOH trim height is about 15ft.
- Flyware for FOH arrays is rated at 1500lbs each side. Maximum flykit width is 36”.
- Light rigging can be hung from provided up and down stage light racks. Each roof section (4 total) can support a total of 200lbs each.
